Medicine 3.0
Medicine 3.0, in the sense popularized by physician Peter Attia, is not limited to desperately treating advanced health problems. It is based primarily on building healthy habits, prevention, regular testing, and taking care of nutrition, physical activity, and sleep quality. It is the next step in the evolution of medicine, an approach I consider myself part of.
What does working with me look like?
We schedule a 90-minute video call where we get to know each other and go through an initial consultation. Then we meet every week for a 45-minute check-in that helps keep you engaged with your health. Beyond that, I stay in ongoing contact with my clients: I reply within 24 hours, and usually in under 2 hours.

About me
I graduated in cognitive science from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. It is a field that combines knowledge about the mind, the brain, and human neurobiology.
I do not base my knowledge on Instagram reels, but on scientific research and academic textbooks, including:
- "Żywienie człowieka. Podstawy nauki o żywieniu", Jan Gawęcki, 738 pages.
- "Fizjologiczne podstawy wysiłku fizycznego", Jan Górski, 568 pages.
I studied both books from cover to cover and use them in my work.
I have been deeply interested in a healthy lifestyle since I was 15, and I have been providing diet and sports consultations for about 8 years. I have broad experience across different areas of sport.
I consider the relationship with another person essential, which is why I prefer regular weekly meetings. This makes it easier to nurture the relationship, motivation, and continuity in the process.

I have not eaten meat for 2 years and I limit animal products to organic options.
